The FBI is asking the public’s help to identify a man investigators nicknamed the “Cue Card Robber” after he used a note written on a piece of cardboard to hold up a bank Tuesday in the Heights area of Houston. The “Cue Card Robber” is described as being between 25 to 30 years old, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a chubby build of about 200 to 220 pounds.
